• Membership will run for 12 months starting from the 1st of the following month, it will automatically renew after the 12 months unless you cancel in writing giving us 1 months notice 

• We will take payment on the 1st working day of each month

• You can cancel your membership at anytime so long as you give us 1 months notice. However, if you cancel when you have outstanding debt (i.e. the treatments received are more than what you have paid for in monthly payments) you must settle the debt before cancelling

• If you cancel your membership and you are not up to date with your treatments, we will be unable to refund the cash value

• You must have paid at least 2 months of membership before receiving your first included treatment

• The price of treatments may increase throughout the year, however, your agreed annual treatment plan will remain the same for 12 months at no extra cost

• You must use up the number of treatments within the 12 month period

• The treatments must be used by the membership holder only- no sharing!

• Bookings must be made in advance via The Cosmetics Doc

• If you wish to pay for the annual membership up front (people may wish to do so for gifts), we will not be able to make any refunds should you wish to cancel early
